It was a very friendly interview that lasted about 40 minutes.
1. She walked me through how the interview is structured.
2. Started with my 5-10 minutes narrative on “tell me about yourself.”
3. She asked some follow-up questions:
– Why do you want to go into that industry?
– Why Darden?
– Tell me about a challenge you had professionally and what you did to overcome it.
4. Wrap up with some questions from my end – I asked two questions.
No curveball questions. Again, very friendly so I was a bit nervous at first, but ended up just having a conversation. Great interview experience overall.
