Interview was at 9:30 am EDT with Assistant Dean of the MBA Program. Due to a technical glitch, interview started 5 minutes late. Interviewer was polite, but straight to the point. No questions about my data visualization were asked, likely because of the late start. Questions were primarily focused on past accomplishments, and the interviewer frequently drilled down and asked for additional details.
– Tell me about a time you faced a challenge (Interviewer asked specifically for instances in the past year so I could provide as much detail as possible)
– Tell me about a time you had to convince someone and what data did you use
– Tell me about an accomplishment you’re proud of
At the end of the interview, I had time for 2 quick questions before time ran out. This was one of the more intense interviews I had in Round 1, and it was difficult to get a read from the interviewer. But overall straight forward and a good experience.
