The Master of Science in Management (MSM) program at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business is making waves with its inaugural Class of 2025. This cohort of bright, ambitious individuals brings together a diverse mix of experiences, passions, and aspirations, united by their commitment to personal growth and professional excellence.

From former student-athletes to international professionals, and from watch industry aficionados to aspiring human resource leaders, these students have leveraged Kelley’s unique combination of academic rigor and community spirit to take their next steps toward impactful careers.

Take Haley Armstrong, a former IU Women’s Volleyball player, who chose Kelley not just for its prestige, but for its culture of support and authenticity. Her background in sports has given her a unique perspective on teamwork and leadership that she applies to her studies and practicum projects. Similarly, Ari Beal, whose love for strategy consulting was shaped by internships at Cartier and WatchBox, has found Kelley’s collaborative environment and expert faculty ideal for sharpening his critical thinking skills.

For Vanessa Castro, whose multicultural upbringing shaped her adaptability and global perspective, Kelley’s emphasis on leadership development was the perfect fit. Meanwhile, Brody Luker and Porter Revoir, both Indiana natives, bring their distinct paths to Kelley—Brody from a liberal arts undergrad and Porter with professional experience in publishing—finding common ground in their passion for people-centric careers.

As the inaugural class, these students are not only trailblazers for Kelley’s MSM program but also exemplars of its values: collaboration, curiosity, and a dedication to growth. Together, they are creating a tight-knit community that balances academic rigor with camaraderie, preparing them to lead and succeed in a dynamic business world.
