My interviewer was a recent alum. He was friendly, but a little bit stiff. Overall I enjoyed the experience.
It was a very standard interview and he actually spoke a lot of the time (maybe more than 50%). For every answer I’d give, he would comment something about his experience/opinion. Which was nice, but left me wondering if I should have spoken more.
Actual questions were super standard:
– Tell me about yourself.
– Why MBA?
– Why Columbia?
– Post-MBA goals?
– How would you contribute to CBS?
– What do you like and dislike about your current job?
– What are good practices you use to work in teams?
