Interview was extremely conversational. The adcom was attentive and taking notes and commenting on specific aspects of my answers. She made me feel extremely comfortable and honestly, I enjoyed the conversation. Following were my questions:

5. What do you hope to learn from Tepper?
6. What would you contribute to Tepper?
7. What kind of a role do you play in a team setting?
8. TMAT – Conflict/ you had to convince someone.
9. What drives you/motivates you?
10. What is the best bit of advice you have received till date?
After these questions she spent some time answering specific questions that I had for her.
