The interview was 1 hour long, although I finished answering his questions in the first half an hour.

It was primarily behavioral. He asked me the “tell me about yourself” part and then almost every question following was behavioral. I think he asked for my career goals, but didn’t ask me anything about why MBA, why Kelley, what would I bring, etc. He had a script and he stuck to it.

I was prepared for some behavioral questions, but not so many. There were a lot and I can’t remember most, but here are a few I remember:
-TMAT you failed.
-Something about TMAT you worked with a team.
-Something about TMAT you influenced others.
-TMAT you proactively took on a project/responsibility that wasn’t required.
-TMAT you succeeded in something professionally.
-How would you use the first month of school?
-What is a weakness you’d like to address?
-What would you do if a team member wasn’t pulling their weight?
-Other WWYDs about working with teams.
