Interviewer was very calm. Introduced himself and mentioned that he had already read my resume. After that, he spoke about how he wanted to structure our conversation before proceeding to the set of questions he had prepared.
Following were the questions:
1. Tell me about yourself.
2. Why MBA?
3. TMAT I tackled a language barrier (because I mentioned my international work experience).
4. Failure and learning?
5. Who have you spoken with at Ross and what did you learn?
After that we spent 20 minutes discussing his Ross experience and the questions I had for him. All in all a positive and conversational interview experience. Hoping for the best!
