I had a great conversation with a second-year student. She asked me the following questions:
1. Tell me about yourself and walk me through your resume.
2. Why Anderson? Why is it the right school for you?
3. What are my career goals and how will Anderson help you prepare?
4. What’s your plan B? How will you manage that in your career search?
5. Tell me about a time you faced a challenge and how you overcame it.
6. Tell me about a time you made a positive impact that you are most proud of.
7. We have such a diverse community at Anderson, how do you embrace diversity?
8. What makes you most excited about being a student at UCLA Anderson? How do you plan to get involved?
9. What unique traits and leadership capabilities will you bring to Anderson?
10. Opportunity for me to ask questions.
Just in case this is helpful info – I applied via the Consortium and to my understanding our interviewers are Consortium students as well.
