- Tell me about your process for self-reflection. How do you measure success and then evaluate whether you’ve been successful in a particular situation?
- Tell me about a time where you’ve had a disagreement in a professional setting?
- How do you define leadership? Tell me about a time when you’ve exibited those qualities?
- Tell me about a time when you’ve advocated making a change or going in a different direction?
