My interview was very similar to what has already been mentioned, very friendly indeed.
The questions that had not already been mentioned:
- What are the traits that I look for in a great leader?
- What is it about my job that brings me stress?
It’s very important to know the school and to have a strong answer for “Why Tepper?”.
