The interview took exactly 30 minutes. The interviewer was very pleasant and friendly. Overall, it was laid back and low pressure. None of the questions I was asked were out of the ordinary.

- Handful of questions about different things from my resume (nothing unexpected).
- What are your short-term and long-term career goals?
- Why MBA?
- Why Anderson?
- How do you define success?
- Tell me about a leadership experience you’ve had at work.
- Tell me about a time you worked well as a peer on a team.
- Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult person at work. How did you handle the situation?
- What activities do you want to be involved with at Anderson?
I had about 5 minutes at the end to ask the interviewer some questions.
