I had my interview this morning on campus. It was pretty informal (other than both the interviewer and myself being in suits). It’s more like a conversation than a grilling. I was interviewed by a 2nd year student and he asked me questions such as “Walk me through your resume,” “why an MBA, why now, why Anderson?” “Talk about a difficult issue you faced while working with a team,” “what had been your greatest failure either in school or at work?” “What are your greatest strengths?” etc.
All in all, not too bad as long as you prepare a bit and are ready to explain why you belong in the class of 2013 at Anderson!
