I arrived at AA on a cold snowy day….which is good as I imagine this is representative of the UMich experience.
I met with a 2nd year student who transitioned into the field I hope to get into. It was a great experience to gain his insight about Ross and how it has helped him out thus far.
To the best of my recollection, the interview went something like this:
- Tell me about yourself?
- Why an MBA?
- Why Ross?
- 5 years from now, what would you want your classmates to say about you and your time here?
- Tell me about a time you didn’t get what you wanted and how did you deal with that?
- How would you go about motivating a team member who wasn’t as enthusiastic about a project?
And then there was some time for questions. Received a lot of helpful information from the 2nd year at this time. Everyone at Ross has been incredibly supportive and here’s to hoping I can join and contribute to the culture!
