In my Columbia interview he asked that I run through my resume, and while going through it he stopped me a few times to ask the following questions:
- Name a time when you had a work in a difficult team at your first job
- Name a time when you had to work with a difficult person
- Talk about an ethical dilemma that you had
This lasted about 30 minutes, and then I asked him questions for about 15 minutes
