My HBS interviewer was part of AdCom, but she was also an alumna and worked in Career Services. The interview lasted 30 minutes. She was familiar with my app though she did not see my letters of rec. She asked me some questions related to my company based on a HBS case study she had read as a student. She also asked me to delve deeper into some of the experiences I discussed in my essays.

- What do you hope to gain from HBS in and outside the classroom?
- Give me a professional team example. When did you lead a team? When did you have to develop someone on a team?
- Why did you pick this industry?
- Tell me about a professional failure.
- What book are you reading?
- What do you think will be the biggest challenge for you at HBS?
