The interview was very friendly and conversational, as others have reported. He started by introducing his background and the blind interview format. Questions (in order) were:
- Walk me through your resume
- Talk about a time when I had to work with people who were less focused.
- Talk about a time when I had to manage someone senior to me.
- Talk about a time when I was successful in participating in a negotiation.
- Why now? Why an MBA? In relation to what you want to do in your career.
- Do you have any questions for me?
Total time was 30 minutes. Overall, it was a very positive experience for me and I think I did pretty good, although only time will tell. 🙂
