I had my interview scheduled as an in-person interview during the Adcom visit to my country. The whole interview was a very positive and pleasant experience. The Adcom member introduced herself and made it very clear that all she knew about me was whatever was listed on my resume. The interview went for about 40 minutes and in the end I asked a few questions.

- What are your long-term and short-term goals?

- What is it that you like about the School’s location?
- One instance where you have shown leadership skills.
- One instance where you have shown inclusivity/ diversity at your workplace
- One instance where you have learned a new thing at your workplace
- How did you feel about the MBA application process?
- What is a weakness/ improvement area that you are currently focusing upon?
- What do you do in your free time?
- Any questions?
Still waiting for the results. Nervous about it too. Fingers crossed.
I would advise that candidates be thorough with what he/she has written on the resume. There should not be any difference between the outcomes/ numbers mentioned in the resume and the one that you speak during the interview. Also, have 4-5 instances prepared about your work where you have shown leadership/ teamwork/ challenge / conflict resolution skills. Such instances will help you a lot while coming up with answers to behavioral questions.
