anon13324 Likes Earned: 3 My goals are PM or PMM in NYC/SF. Backup would be brand management. I enjoy the leadership aspect as an officer but I want to do something that allows for much more creativity/control and less handholding/following regulations. I really enjoy fixing problems and I'm slowing teaching myself python. I took the GMAT twice right after gradating (okay private school top 75), scoring 49Q 38V both times. I was scoring 750s in practice tests so I have some room for improvement. I plan on retaking once I'm 6 months out from ETSing. Rn I'm trying to just be the best officer I can and build a strong resume I've been ranked in the top 5-25% for infantry officers so far against my peers. Once I'm closer to ETSing I'll start reaching out to vet clubs and seeing what help I can get from them. I fall in the 80% GPA and hit the average GMAT for most of the 16-25 ranked schools. So I feel like I'm somewhat competitive for them but I would like to know if 8-15 are possible with my current GMAT and low GPA. (0)
