Hi Graham and Alex!

Love the show. I am former college basketball player who had a 3.1 GPA during my undergrad, but followed it up with a 3.7 GPA with a quant focused Masters program.

I scored a 700 on my GMAT (48Q, 37V, 8IR, 6AWA) and plan to take it again after round 1 submissions (it's been keeping me up at night as a weak point of my application.)

I have been working at a fast-scaling tech company for the past three years, with four promotions and a track record of excellence and increased responsibility (I am now in management). I am on two boards of two non-profits, and volunteer weekly at both foundations and have travelled to over 40 countries to date.

My post-MBA goal is to work in a Global Strategy & Operations role at a Google/Amazon/Apple and am looking to relocate to the United States upon graduation.

alexbr4 Verified User. Likes Earned: 1677 3.7 masters should help. If you can nudge that GMAT up, that may help, too. Are you targeting all programs in Round 1, or also targeting round 2? Work and outside of work activities sound very good. Impact in both spheres is important. Might also look at Anderson and Marshall, if you want to place into California? (0)

To clarify, I attended both my undergrad and masters in Canada, and did not have any grade inflation unfortunately.
