I've been having a difficult time figuring out the best ways to compare these offers without too much bias. I would really appreciate your opinions or advice, if any.
Pre MBA - Software/Product developer in the Automotive Industry.
Post MBA Goal - PM within Tech or Tech Consulting

anon35159 Likes Earned: 13 I think there're Indian students at Kenan who did their own leg work to get PM jobs so maybe worth reaching out to understand the support for international students from the career center? I'd take that UNC money to McCombs and hope to get $15K-$20K more then call it a day. (0)

alexbr4 Verified User. Likes Earned: 1677 Tough choice, honestly. Darden is in the tier above, so should provide you more access to opportunities, but McCombs may well provide decent access, with a strong regional focus. Do you have any geography preferences? (1)

anon10646 Likes Earned: 783 I'd agree this is quite a difficult split. Alex's Q on geographical preference is key since that may be the difference maker between McCombs and Darden with funding as-is, along with risk preference on funding, given international status. If you have preference for anywhere outside of the Southwest region, I'd feel better about the prospects of Darden over a $50k funding difference. As anon35159 noted, if McCombs upped to ~$70k as with lower costs, this could make a difference as funding is important for Int'ls, but while McCombs seems more likely to budge based on KF's offer, public schools also tend to be harder on 'no negotiations'.
