Get to know some new members of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business MBA Class of 2024 in this edition of our Real Humans: MBA Students series.

125 students comprise the new Kelley class in Bloomington, Indiana. Twenty-six percent of the new class are women and 45 percent are international students. Seventeen percent of the new class identify as U.S. minorities.

During their undergraduate years, Kelley MBA students earned an average 3.38 GPA. Thirty-seven percent of students pursued a degree in business administration before joining the MBA program. Thirty-six percent had majored in science or engineering. Twenty-one percent had studied humanities or social sciences. When it came time to take the GMAT, members of the Kelley MBA Class of 2024 landed an average score of 685. Those who submitted GRE scores averaged 159 in each section, making the total average score 318.

As a class, they averaged six years of work experience before matriculating. The average age is 29 with the range spanning 23 to 39. Ninety-eight percent of the Kelley class arrived to campus with prior work experience.
