Notes:

Demo - 32M, Hispanic/White. Parents with limited college background - highest level is an Associate's. For the glaring red flag - GPA (3.8/5.0) in Aero Engineering at a top engineering school. Fighter pilot with current job being training students from flight school to fly our aircraft. Have worked various positions outside of the cockpit to include operations, logistics, and management of 70+ subordinates with additional collateral duties, all at the squadron level. Executed shipboard deployment to combat zones. Limited ability for extracurriculars due to time and family commitments. Current engagement is with community outreach briefs (unit receives civilians on a regular basis for exposure to military aviation).

Looking for guidance as to whether GRE is enough to offset the low GPA with context, or re-take is recommended as well as any additional advice generally on my profile. Thanks!
