Notes:

International deciding between Kellogg and Haas for tech industry. Served as a PM in SEA and still want to recruit as a PM in the US for post MBA. Haas would serve more opportunities for small to mid sized startups while Kellogg would provide broader network in APAC and outside west coast with a bigger class size.

Yes, Haas would be a great option if you want to work in tech on the west coast while Kellogg would provide you with options to work in Big Tech. Do you have a preference in what size firm you are seeking to work for? Do you have any geographical or personal preference? (0)

anon16600 Likes Earned: 39 Tough call but I would go with Kellogg. They have a bigger class size, larger network, alumni presence in diverse geographies, an MBAi program, yada yada. On a lighter note, #2 program vs #11 lol (0)

bill840328 Likes Earned: 16 OP Here. Thanks for all the comments above. I am really lucky to have such a decision to make. Just for the record, after talking to dozens of alumni in both schools, I ended up picking Haas for its entrepreneurial resources and culture. Eg: The Skydeck, Haas entrepreneurship program, Startup seed funding and the Citrus foundry all creates a robust entrepreneur ecosystem. I might not end up joining big tech right after my post MBA due to VISA. However, to have such an ecosystem to try and error is important to me and that's why I chose Haas. Kellogg would be a steady, safe bet with a fabulous faculty and culture, but in my current point of my career , I am willing to take a little more risk! Last but not least, go Bears! (2)
