I’d try to push the GMAT as high as you can, mid 700s would likely help. Showing impact and growth at work is important. Are you involved in activities outside of work?. (0)

aj77777 Likes Earned: 0 Yes, I was suffering from a health condition which affected my performance. I'm fine now though but it was a rough journey. Should I put that in the optional essay? Also, when you say mid 700s, what exactly is the score you're looking at? Outside work- If you're talking about volunteer work, I have 1.5 yrs of full time non profit work experience. Hoping that would help (0)

Yes, address in optional essay. Targeting the first rounds will also be important. Yes, volunteer experience in an area about which you’re passionate will also help, (0)

alexbr4 Verified User. Likes Earned: 1676 If you apply in the first rounds, up the GMAT, do a great job with your essays, strong recs, etc then probably top 16 to top 20 range. The GPA is definitely going to be your weak spot in your overall profile, unfortunately. But address it in the optional essays. (0)
