Notes:

Command and Staff Officer in the Army Medical Services who is looking to pivot in Biotech in the US. Ideally I want to land West Coast, Boston or Texas to be near key Biotech hubs.

My experience includes multiple deployments and a variety of roles including as a medical advisor to the UN in Somalia, Training and advisory jobs globally, and now as Head of Operations for a deployable Field hospital.

Long term goal is to pursue a leadership position in a biotech firm and have a particular interest in projects and technology that benefit developing nations due to my experience overseas.

Extracurriculars: Currently a triathlete that represents GB (Age Group) alongside my role and also has taken numerous additional leadership positions in representative sport such as Ski racing.

I've taken the GRE twice and saw significant improvement after retaking. I've taken the podcast's advice and will be taking MBA math and Business Fundamentals.

I have one blip in the my application being my undergraduate GPA. However there was an upward trend towards the end of my studies and have taken a post graduate certificate in Leadership and Conflict studies in which I achieved the equivalent of a 3.7 showing academic growth.

Rd1: HBS, GSB, UCLA, Fuqua
Rd2: Austin, USC, Haas, (UCI merage)

I would appreciate some advice on how to put my best foot forward and I religiously listen to the pod!
