I am just beginning to explore the possibility of pursuing an MBA and the podcast has been a huge help!

My biggest concern about my strength as an applicant is about work experience. I have had 3 jobs since beginning my professional career. First, I worked at an environmental policy think tank. I was not satisfied with the type of impact we were making through research, so switched over to a climate tech research role for a year before I was hired by an organization I’d consulted for. I plan to stay at this job until beginning school and already received an early promotion but was wondering - how much will it hurt my candidacy to have bounced around a bit?
