White cis straight male (29)

Undergrad dual degree in engineering + math @ T10 US (non-Ivy)

Spent first two years of career as IT system administrator (1 promotion, 3 reports when I left). Two promotions in 4 years at T2 consulting. Was headhunted and now Implementation Manager at a software startup with 5 reports across projects (matrix structure). Small company, so work a lot with sales, product, and engineering in addition to managing customer projects.

ECs: Musician, coordinator of a music group, leadership/educational role in a sports organization, volunteer tax preparer for low-income families, distance runner (co-led group at previous job)

Post-MBA Goal: Location shift + break into major enterprise technology organizations in a product role. I enjoy my work, but current company is in a niche domain with limited impact.

Feel like I have a good school selection, but looking for a second opinion (e.g., is it reasonable to feel pretty confident on Foster and Tepper as safeties?)
