Set up interview during the open interview period. Was matched with a 2Y within 3 days and was easy to set up a mutual time with my interviewer. Interview lasted ~50 minutes, broken up into 10 minutes of small talk / introductions, 30 minutes of formal interview, and 10 minutes of additional small talk / my questions at the end. Was very conversational and the interviewer game feedback. Interview was semi-blind, I believe the interviewer only had my linkedin/resume.
