Right from the start, the interviewer was warm and welcoming. They outlined the interview structure, emphasizing its casual nature, and mentioned they were going to be taking detailed notes. They also asked multiple follow-up questions for each question below, that were specific to my response.
Interviewer began by briefly introducing themselves before diving into the below questions:
1. Walk me through your resume.
2. Why MBA? Why Haas?
3. Describe experience you have in the area of DEI?
4. Example of time you took initiative? What were the results?
5. Tell me about a time you had a heated argument/discussion and were then proven wrong. How did you react? What did you do? How did it feel?
6. Anything else I would like to cover?
7. Questions for the interviewer?
