Interview atmosphere: the interview was conducted online
Type of interview: adcom, interview-based interview. The AdCom was very friendly and the interview was conversational.
List of interview questions:
a) Walk me through your resume.
b) Why an MBA? Why now? Why Haas?
c) Tell me about your experience in promoting diversity and how you plan to keep doing so while at the MBA.
d) Tell me about a time when you took a significant professional risk.
e) Tell me about a time when you were in a leadership role.
Commentary: The interview was very conversational. Have your answers ready so you can give them in a very natural way (not robotic), and keep “why Haas” and why you can collaborate there specifically in mind.
