Such a great interview. Questions were more or less consistent with what I had seen before in the interview reports. The interviewer saw my resume so didn’t need me to walk through the resume, instead the questions were along the lines of:
– What’s your biggest professional accomplishment?
– TMAT when you worked with someone with a different opinion than yours.
– What research did you do prior to deciding to pursue an MBA?
– What do you plan to continue to do this year to prepare for your MBA?
– What are your ST / LT goals?
– How will you contribute to Yale?
– What does your quote mean to you?
Then it was time for my questions. Yale’s interview is only 30 min but we went a bit over. I had the chance to ask a few questions but I wanted to be mindful of our time, so she also gave me her contact information to follow up if I needed anything. It was a great experience and left me with a positive impression of the school.
