What are your career goals?
How is Anderson going to help you get there?
What are your back-up plans if you can’t get the first choice job?
Tell me about a time you led a team and faced a challenge.
It was conversational between the questions sharing stories and laughing. Very comfortable and my interviewer was really attentive with great follow up questions.
Left time for questions at the end and because of the conversational nature, we went over the allotted time by 15 minutes!
