The interview lasted 20 minutes. I did not like the atmosphere, and it wasn’t as conversational as I would have loved.
Questions were:
- Tell me about yourself.
- What are your short-term goals?
- Have you ever worked/related with people from cross-cultural backgrounds? Tell me about it. What did it teach you?
- Tell me about a time you did not know what to do at work. How did you manage it?
- What is your leadership philosophy?
