All Schools
I have been admitted with scholarship to a school and need to make a decision soon. However, I interviewed at another school which is my top choice and waiting for a decision (rolling basis). I’m sure if I get admitted to this school, I will attend it. Is it going to look bad if I reach out to this school letting them know about my situation and asking if an earlier decision is possible? What’s the best way to navigate this situation?

If they say no, you can always ask the second school for an expedited decision (again, politely), but they may not agree, as it's harder to expedite a decision than it is to extend a deposit date.
A third option is to deposit at the first school to secure your spot, and then withdraw if you get into the second school, knowing you may forfeit the deposit. While not ideal, it all depends on how much you value the option of securing your spot/how much going to the second school is worth to you, etc.
Best of luck
