I had 2 separate interviews that lasted about an hour each. The alumni I interviewed with seemed to be assigned based on my current geographic location. Each were very conversational and were a mix of behavioral and application/resume-based questions, with time for me to ask questions at the end.

It is a 10-month accelerated program. Tell me about a time you worked under stress?

Why INSEAD?
How would INSEAD help you achieve career goals?
What would you contribute/how would you get involved?
Tell me a time when you worked with people from different cultures?
What do you wish you had done differently?
There are many different nationalities and languages in class. How would you work through related challenges?
What is your short-term goal and why?
Where did this come from?
Why study an MBA now?
Why the starting campus you selected?
How would you work in a study group of different nationalities?
What will you contribute to your study group? (Strength)
What would you lean on your study group for? (Weakness)
Have you ever had an experience where there was a conflict of opinion or interest?
10 years down the line what do you want to be doing?
