anon59620 Likes Earned: 0 I’d say about 50-80ish? If you haven’t attended the event yet, I’d say the people I recognize in the admitted pool displayed the following: 1.) Dressed professionally or at least business casual. 2.) Displayed genuine interest in the experience. 3.) Volunteered for activity tasks, especially things people didn’t want to do like scribe or present for the group. 4.) Did not talk too much or force control in the breakout groups. Trying to focus your groups direction is different from taking control of the team. 5.) Displayed genuine reflection. They will ask for it after each group task. Chances are your teams will fail at tasks. Recognizing short comings and reflect how the experience compares to the real world. 6.) Lifted others up. Building off others ideas and giving credit. (0)
