I'm an international student and am looking fofeedback on which school to choose.

I plan to get into Consulting/ tech PM after my MBA. Ross looks good for both and is a step above the other schools I've got, but is it worth the 150k I have to put in?

Yes, Ross is a great program that offers great job placement in both consulting and tech. As you said, the question is how much to you value a scholarship and do you have any geographic preferences. For example, Marshall ($150k) could be a great fit if you want to do Tech in Southern California. If you want access to both consulting and tech and a scholarship, Tepper ($70k) could be a good option as well because Tepper also has good placement in both tech and consulting across a number of US regions. As a next step, you should do your due diligence by talking with current students from these programs to learn more about current job placement. You should also consider if you have a preference based on geography or personal fit. (0)

anon14791 Likes Earned: 0 Thanks for your input. I don't have any preference per se regarding location. I do value scholarship quite a bit especially since I have to take on debt for the tuition. I will talk to students to understand more. What I am trying to understand is that how much better is an MBA from Ross than that of say Marshall or Tepper? (0)

alexbr4 Verified User. Likes Earned: 1752 That’s a hard question to answer, honestly. Ross should provide you more access in the short term, and a stronger alumni network in the long run. But these factors might not be worth the scholarship differential. Tepper will provide some access, and decent geographic flexibility in the short run. Marshall, less geographic flexibility, but very decent if you want to be in SoCal? (0)
