Episode 24: Interviews V: Virtual & Automated

In this lesson, we discuss the increasing use of virtual interviews in admissions as well as video questions as part of the initial application.

When completing a video essay or interview, make sure your tech is right and trustworthy. You want the tech to enhance the experience, not cause problems. Make sure you are in the frame of the video and able to make eye contact with your interviewer.

It’s also important to consider your background and potential ways you can use it to enhance the interviewer’s experience. You want to reduce the likelihood of interruptions, and make sure you dress appropriately. Finally, practice, practice, and practice a little more.
