I hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, West Africa with a CGPA of 2.40 on a 4.0 scale. I have a GRE score of 327, 164 verbal and 163 quant. Also, I am a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana. I currently work with Touton Eliho Ghana Limited, a licensed buying cocoa company in Ghana, as a Port Accounts Officer responsible for:
• Recording details of evacuated cocoa trucks.
• Handling of accounts payable
• Preparing financial reports, statements and analyses for management review.
• Overseeing financial transactions, budgeting and accounting related to port operations.
Supervising cocoa shipments.
Assists with cocoa sustainability reporting.
I also play a major role in my family's seed company business. My father owns a seed company which imports vegetable seeds from china and sell to retail and wholesale customers in Ghana. After my MBA study, I envision to integrate sustainability in the running of the business when I officially take over from my father upon his retirement.
