Do your goals involve consulting in the healthcare domain? What led to your pivot out of nursing? Given your unique background and superb numbers, I should think you'll be competitive at the schools on your list. It will really come down to your ability to weave your story/goals together, and - per Alex's point - your level of involvement in outside activities.
