3) over 2.5 years work experience at a Japanese management consulting firm in India within Automotive practice where I have been promoted 3 times (fast track) to currently a deputy senior consultant role with leadership experience of leading multi-national teams
4) Fluent in Japanese and 4 other languages
5) Mild community involvement (Have a band where I am the guitarist and Education outreach experience during college)

Goals
1) Short term - Auto industry consulting

Why now might also be important, 3 years, post undergrad is at the shorter end of the spectrum?

Targeting the first rounds will be very important.

Stellar academics! MBA admissions officers are very familiar with the IITs, so your strong marks and superb GMAT will present well.

I also like the niche focus you have had on the automotive sector/Japan - coupled with your fluency in Japanese - these are great differentiators.

As to your goals, I would consider some of the management rotations offered by leading automotive firms - e.g. joining a major automotive company directly out of b-school. I mention this because you've already done automotive consulting and because so many MBAs talk about consulting jobs post-MBA, so this might be a nice way to differentiate.

You may want to add U. Michigan / Ross to your target list, in light of your goals/planned industry.
