Showing impact and growth at work will be very important. With 9 years of experience, you’re at the longer end of the spectrum. Establishing “why now” will also be important.

Are you also involved in activities outside of work? Any additional hobbies and interests?

Grades take off for last 3 years (went 5 years for undergrad) Heavily involved in volunteer work: - Family business philanthropy office, built school building in ancestral hometown - Mentor small businesses - Founder of global professional network specific to family business industry.
