Notes:

Top 10 US public university. Economics major. Tech startup I work at is currently in pre-IPO talks (likely will occur around time of Fall 2022 matriculation). Currently 2nd S&O hire, working directly under the VP S&O, who reports to CEO. Promoted from Associate to Sr. Mgr in less than 1 year (though not directly managing any headcount yet). No official GMAT score yet, but targeting around ~720. Extracurriculars include starting my own mentoring program for college students from non-target universities to connect with young professionals, as well as volunteering at the local food bank. Long-term, I'm hoping to use the MBA experience & network to build my own company in the social-tech space.

Would love any and all feedback regarding: 1) How realistic my school expectations are given my application components? and 2) How can I bolster my experiences to make my application 'WOW' the adcom?

P.S. I'm a huge believer in podcasts as a central source of learning - and the Clear Admit podcast is a no-brainer! There is no better podcast out there for straight-from-the-source, no BS admissions information. I listen on all of my bike rides around San Francisco, and while cooking dinner most nights! Would love the opportunity to be selected for a Wire Tap :)

Cheers, Graham and Alex!
