2 years consulting at a big 4 company. 4.5 years of Technical presales thereafter.

I have very good extra-curricular activities for years now. Essays and LOR should be good as well. However, I haven't held any leadership titles in my professional careers. Though have 3-4 leadership roles in my extracurriculars.

Weakness areas: Average GPA from average school in India. No awards/honours in my professional career so far.

Query: While websites of most colleges show GMAT median of 715-730, I have heard it's gone up this year. Wondering if 720 is good enough and is it worth retaking the test?
