Howdy - for four years, I've been working for the Executive Branch of the US Government in a series of extremely unique positions. After leaving that position, I've spent the last six months working at the Defense Department, helping direct a multi-billion dollar R&D portfolio, with a focus on engagement with private capital firms. I have no personal interest in attending a domestic MBA program, as I believe the international experience and exposure gained from the UK programs would better serve my future career interests. I also believe I have a unique perspective to bring to the UK programs. After my MBA, I want to return to the United States and start a program that connects the US Government with private capital/industry, helping leverage mutual goals and assets to benefit the Defense sector and national interests. I eventually want to expand this to be a Government-wide endeavor, working in tandem with our European partners. Outside of work, I'm on the Young Professional board of two charities within the Washington DC area. Looking for any advice as I finalize my applications. Thanks in advance.
