Is the 2.9 GPA in your doctorate on a 4.0 scale? Be good to get a better sense of your academics, in this area. 327 GRE is decent.

Showing impact and growth at work will be important. Are you also involved in activities, outside of work? Any additional hobbies and interests.

At 33, you will be at the older end of the spectrum, showing fit for the programs you target will be very important.
