Notes:

First GEN, female currently working in planning within Supply Chain. Have experience at F50 CPG and Med Tech companies. I see value in furthering my education to understand the business end to end in order to become a better holistic business leader / looking to bridge that knowledge gap from SCM and Operations focused to Marketing and Strategy. Looking to pivot into Consumer Tech / PMM / PM as I enjoy tangible product facing work. Think: super niche dream being Marketing / Partnerships at Fitbit, etc. Haven't taken the GMAT yet, but currently studying using a formal study plan. Want to target a 700, so fingers crossed! Currently have a small business (little profit right now) that I work on on my spare time. I also head the Supply Chain Health Team within my current company and am part of a recreational tennis club.
Leaning towards NYU or UCLA. Wondering if I am putting myself at a disadvantage going to NYU when it is extremely finance / IB heavy?
Also wondering how to improve my odds / any recommendations.
