Notes:

I always thought I'd kind of rot away at my current work location and retire a comfortable middle class, but the lack of challenge in the job is dulling my mind and driving me crazy.

I have made a difference in my current job (13%-21% annualized increase in KPIs and OKRs) and have also had the chance to advise some startups, which I found to be very rewarding and probably the most interesting part of my job. I'd like to be able to do more of that type of work, helping people solve their problems or identify potential problems and tackle them preemptively. I've also had a chance to work on commercializing and helping pipeline some mobile applications in the non-profit space.

Demographically, East Asian, LGBTQ+ (which partly drove my low GPA as I kind of withdrew into myself during most of undergraduate years with a bit of an identity crisis, almost entirely cut myself off from social circles). But I've taken more than half a semester's worth of college level courses since graduation with better results (3.8 GPA). I also have some MOOC certificates in analytics/data science, project management and business statistics (which I know aren't worth much).

Wondering if there's schools fitting the consulting path that would be good to add? I would love to get at least one 80%+ admit on the list.
