After graduation worked as Project consultant(Own Business) for Final year Students and other tech symposium.
Joined in Defence R&D(State Owned) as Junior Scientist and worked for 14 months on India's Main Battle Tank - Arjun MK2.
Later Joined IOCL(state owned Oil marketing company) and worked in LPG operations for 3 years. Presently working as Fleet Marketing Officer for 5 months.

It will be really important to execute well on your applications, and get your applications submitted for the first rounds. Do you know other MBA applicants/students/alums who can provide feedback on essays etc? "Product development at Tech companies" is quite a popularpost mba goal, I'm assuming this relates well with work you've undertaken so far? What's your long term goal? (1)

My main concern is going to be your ability to convince the adcom of your career transition from oil & gas/government roles into major tech; and to land a job in the West (in light of visa constraints for some markets). In short, you'd have an easier path if you could showcase energy sector expertise and goals in that domain as your ticket into the US, Canadian, or EU markets...
