Notes:

Work at a large aerospace/defense company (think Boeing, Northrop Grumman) as an electrical engineer. Will have 3 years of experience at matriculation. Already have a promotion. Doing two types of work, I am a project lead (one engineer is supporting me on this) and I am a test lead (another engineer is supporting me in this role). I went to a run-of-the-mill state college, but I was a Treasurer of a student organization there and lead freshmen engagement events. As for why an MBA, I want to do a career change, although I haven't nailed down exactly what that will be. Possibilities include corporate strategy, engineering leadership roles, or entrepreneurship.

What are you passionate about? Are there interests in the business side of aerospace, for example? Showing impact and growth at work is important. Are you involved in activities outside of work? phobophobia Likes Earned: 1 Yep, that's something I need to figure out for sure, I think narrowing down options will be more difficult than finding options I could see myself in. My main question, if I show impact at work will admissions look past my lower than average YOE? Is it unadvisable to apply in R1? (1)
